Q: What are the methods of payments?

A: The method of payments that we accept are all payments through the Shopify network; Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and payments through PayPal at this time.

Q: What is the processing timeframe?

A: Payment processing takes 2-3 days. After payment has been processed, your order will then be shipped out and confirmation will be sent via email. Please allow 24-48 hours after order has been shipped for an email with your tracking number.

Q: Are the lashes cruelty free?

A: ABSOLUTELY! Lash of Elegance is a brand made of elegantly handcrafted eyelashes made with love and care. Lash of Elegance lashes are totally 100% cruelty free and free of chemical processing dyes. There were absolutely no harm done to animals at any time during the production process. All of our mink lashes are made from naturally shed mink hairs and are hand assembled to ensure quality and durability. The synthetic lashes are made from synthetic fibers and the silk lashes are made of synthetic mellow fibers that mimic the texture of real mink fur.

Q: Are the lashes reusable?

A: Yes, with proper care and storage. Mink lashes can be worn up to 20 times. Synthetic lashes can be worn up to 5 times, and silk lashes can be worn up to 10 times. Please keep in mind, usage of the lashes may vary depending on the customer. 

Q: What is the glue that comes with the lashes made with?

A: The glue that comes with the lashes are made of Latex. PLEASE DO NOT USE IF YOU ARE ALLERGIC TO LATEX. Recommend you to check the ingredients on the back of the glue before use.
